Critique paper:Love Simon

That is what Love, Simon was trying to combat. It described the fears associated with coming out so precisely from Simon’s not wanting things to change, not wanting people to see him differently since they all grew up together, to questioning how some people would react. Along with that how some people react is demeaning without necessarily trying to be hurtful, in the case of Martin asking what Simon found to be his most attractive quality just because he’s attracted to guys. Even when someone is sure their family would be supportive of them, it is still difficult to come out to them. In the movie, Simon specifically comments on how his parents would be 100% supportive of him, but still hesitates to tell them just because he fears they’ll see him differently. That was my favorite part, when he came out to his family his mother told him he is still himself, but he could finally be more himself than he’s been in a very long time. Love, Simon doesn’t necessarily show the struggle peo

Coraline was published in 2002 by British fantasy author Neil Gaiman. Although Gaiman had already achieved critical and popular acclaim for his work of adult fantasy in the novel and graphic novels format, Coraline was his first major work for children she do everything that make her life contented and happier.Life is unfair but you need to accept what you have for now, if you really not contented to your self then you can find way to achieve your goals.Life is what happens when you are looking sadly at the past and looking to far into the future. Lots of movies are good at severing limbs, but few at telling tales that can grab us down inside where it's dark and scary. Even more rare is that Coraline Jones is not a nice little girl. She's unpleasant, complains, has an attitude and makes friends reluctantly. More does she meet sweet and colorful new pals in her adventure, which involves the substitution of her parent by ominous doubles with buttons sewn over their eyes. She is

Reflective journal#3 Zoo city

Zoo City       I think few people could honesty say they don't enjoy being able to experience wild animals in flesh rather than just seeing them on TV or in a picture.        Going to zoo has always been weary of the way they are being held as prisoner and looked at has objects or possessions while not in their native habitat. I believe the zoo should put more effort into providing equally equipped habitats for the animals, being that many of them like like the penguins, sea birds and some of the outside areas were not as luxurious and we'll kept as other environments like for example the monkey house.  As the whole class discussed, I also had a problem with the mixing of entertainment and conservation/education which should be dealt with in separate ways. Overall, I believed it was before our visits and it does a lot in educating people of all ages about our beloved creatures of the earth.Although I don't think the amount of animals they are currently housing
